When i install Publisher 2010 separately  on a machine with MS Office Standard 2010 already installed with Publisher unchecked and launch the application it errors out 
"Publisher cannot load the required file (PTXT9.DLL). You may be out of out of memory, or the file may be corrupt".

Please suggest on this .

To solve this error, uninstall the standalone version of Publisher 2010.

Instead, add the Publisher 2010 by change the current installtion of Office Standard 2010.
